5 UP junctions will have flyovers constructed

Flyover

When the planned construction at the main crossings is finished and traffic and religious travel are made easier, UP’s overall development project will be finished. In addition to providing pilgrims with amenities, local economic activity will now receive first priority.

Increased pilgrimage and economic activity

The number of visitors visiting Mathura and Vrindavan in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura district is growing annually, which causes traffic jams on the roadways throughout the day, which citizens must endure for hours at a time.

Locals don’t even have room to stand on the roads on Saturdays and Sundays. A strategy is now being developed to solve this issue as quickly as possible.

In accordance with the government’s plan, flowerbeds are being planned for five sensitive crossings in Mathura and Vrindavan , whereby this project will be built in accordance with Vision 2030.

The State Braj Tirtha Vikas Parishad has created a budget blueprint of Rs 475 crore in order to create a comprehensive work plan under this project.

A unique research on traffic and technical issues will be conducted for the flyover’s construction by a consulting firm. During this study, points will be monitored to ensure that there is no traffic congestion situation following the flyover’s completion.

The traffic jam has ended, and a smooth and safe ride can begin

In addition to improving the flyover, this project will also improve the road system and connectivity in the impacted areas, including the roadways, walkways, and adjacent areas. For each of the five junctions, 3D design is being examined.

It allowed for the construction of flyovers at five intersections during the first survey. The consulting firm will conduct a traffic survey, conduct a geotechnical investigation, create a 3D design, and conduct the work on the ground quickly and transparently within this period.

This also includes the crossings at Vrindavan and Mathura, close to Pagal Baba shrine, Masani, Dhaulipyau railway gate, and Bhuteshwar.

Travelers visiting Vrindavan and Mathura will save about an hour of time once this flyover is built, and locals will also benefit from the ease of getting to their destination. A plan for its construction has been devised by the Braj Tirtha Vikas Parishad under Vision 2030.
