When a bus stop is built in Uttar Pradesh, the city’s traffic issue will be greatly alleviated and passengers would benefit from improved amenities. By doing this, a strategy is being developed to implement the project with the roads’ approval.

You will now be free of jam

The idea of constructing a bus station in Uttar Pradesh’s Jhansi district is now being discussed. For the past few years, the whole land problem has been ongoing. On Wednesday, the land issue was finally settled.

According to Mayor Bihari Lal Arya, Santosh Kumar, the regional manager of Roadways, has been shown the consent letter. The Roadways officer now states that the bus station’s construction would start once the tender process is launched.

It has been planned to construct a new bus station in Kochha Bhanwar, but the decision has not yet been made because of the land dispute. The issue of moving the bus stand on Medical Road has been ongoing for ten years.

The JDA and Municipal Corporation departments are regularly conducting surveys in an effort to address this problem. Almost every day, this Medical Road is congested. There is a great need to move the bus stand because of this congestion.

Numerous amenities will be available

The district’s Municipal Corporation administration has designated seven acres of land in Gata number 516 for this purpose. The process has now been accepted by the Municipal Corporation House as well, and the way to transfer the land to the roads will be cleared. The bus stop is currently located on Municipal Corporation property.

The Municipal Corporation Roadways imposed a stand rent fee of ₹25 each bus. As a result, the family was required to pay the department 6 to 7 lakh rupees in stand rent each month.

The construction of this proposed bus stop in Kochhabhanwar would be done in a contemporary and computerized manner. For the convenience of the passengers, lodges, restaurants, fast food joints, hotels, and dhabas will be situated above the bus, which will run below.

The PPP model will be used to create the construction’s master plan. A time frame of roughly two years has been established for this. The regional manager has advised that by using the headquarters-level tender process, the bus stand construction project will begin quickly.
