In which the qualification, experience of the Shikshamitras and the requirement of the schools will be taken into consideration.

At the same time, female Shikshamitras who come from their in-laws’ house to teach in the primary school of their parents’ village after marriage will also be transferred.There are 16,500 such female Shikshamitras who are waiting for transfer from one block to another within the district or to other districts.

For this, the Directorate General of School Education has sought online information about Shikshamitras from BSAs of all districts within three days.Along with this, BSAs of 56 districts who were negligent in providing information about the districts have also been reprimanded.

The aim of the government is to provide permanent employment to Shikshamitras.So that they can be more dedicated to their work. Apart from this, the government is also considering increasing the honorarium of Shikshamitras. So that their financial condition can improve.

The adjustment process will begin after May 20

This decision of the state government is a positive step for Shikshamitras. This will not only improve their employment status but will also increase the quality in the field of education.Shikshamitras should now be optimistic about their future and wait for the adjustment process to begin.

In the year 2014-15, qualified Shikshamitras were made teachers in primary schools.On 25 July 2017, the Supreme Court cancelled this appointment. Later, such Shiksha Mitras who had gone to other blocks as teachers,The process of sending them back to their original schools was started on 19 June 2018.

There were 24,500 Shikshamitras who could not return to their original schools. Now they will be accommodated in their original schools.In the instructions issued by Director General of School Education Kanchan Verma, it has been said that the work of adjustment and transfer of Shikshamitras will start after May 20 during the summer vacation. Preparations have been started for this.

The adjustment process will provide great relief to 40,500 Shikshamitras across the state. Information has been sought from Basic Education Officers, three days’ time has been given.
