In these recruitments, priority will be given to widows, divorced and abandoned women. Along with this, priority will also be given to candidates with low income, older age and from rural areas.

This initiative of the government will stop arbitrary recruitments. Along with this, there will also be transparency in the recruitment process.
In such a case, if any irregularity is found in this matter, then strict action will be taken against the concerned officer. Under the State Rural Livelihood Mission, one Surya Sakhi will be deployed in all the more than 57 thousand Gram Panchayats of the state.

Girls selected in medical, MTech, IIT, IIM, PhD and UPSC examinations of Class IV employees will get Rs 1 lakh from the welfare fund of the corporation. This amount will be given to the girl students only once.
Under this scheme, financial literacy is being imparted to daughters so that they have an understanding of money. They can earn on their own and take their own decisions. The government is giving women in rural areas an opportunity to become millionaires by linking them to self-employment.
This scheme is also becoming an inspiration for daughters that they too can make their own identity through business or cottage industry.
