A plan has been prepared to bring a residential scheme on the Agra Expressway. Preparations are in full swing to implement this master plan on the ground. But new schemes are being published by the Uttar Pradesh government in the surrounding areas.This decision of the government is building a bridge of development among the people.
Residential scheme on UP’s expressway
In Agra, Uttar Pradesh, the government is constantly removing development limits. The Rajdhani Lucknow Development Authority has resolved to bring a new housing scheme on the Agra Expressway. 5610 acres of land will be acquired for this important expansion.
In which land of 12 villages has been identified. This scheme will be completed in two parts. A detailed proposal and layout has been prepared to develop this initiative. The LDA team is continuously inspecting for this concrete step.
During this time, many villages including Bhalia, Adampur Indwara, Bahru, Jaliyamau and Madarpur, Ibrahimpur, Nakataura, Tejkrishna Kheda, Revari, Sakra and Dona of Sadar and Sarojininagar tehsil are included. The total area of this land is 5610.1078 hectares.
But under this scheme, development work will be done on 1893.93 acres of land in the first phase and 3716.14 acres of land in the second phase. The LDA department said that the Agra Expressway will be developed according to international standards. In which the general public will experience strong and corruption-free development.
Along with the expansion of the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, charging stations for vehicles will also be set up and strict action will be taken against vehicle owners who consume alcohol and smoke. These development works will also increase regional trade, tourism and economic activities.
Important decision by UP government
Agra Expressway is a major high-speed corridor of UP, which connects Agra directly to Lucknow. The Agra Expressway scheme is located a short distance from Kisan Path. This scheme will provide important strong connectivity to the people here.
Under this scheme, the beneficiaries will get the benefit of world-class medical hospitals, Ayurveda medical centers and all facilities. In this, the government will establish an education hub in this city and build large institutions for educational use.
