An overbridge will be constructed at this place in UP with Rs 100 crore

A new railway overbridge is going to be built in the famous Devipatan Dham located in the state. This overbridge will be constructed at a cost of about Rs 100 crore. This project will not only improve the transport network around the religious place. But it will also solve traffic problems and make the journey safe and convenient for the devotees.

Devipatan Dham is a major pilgrimage site. Where every year lakhs of devotees come for darshan. The roads and railway tracks here are often affected by heavy traffic. Due to which devotees and local residents have to face a lot of problems. The construction of a railway overbridge will solve these problems. Because it will help the traffic crossing the railway crossing to move uninterrupted. Devotees coming to visit Maa Pateshwari at Shaktipeeth Devipatan Mandir Dham will no longer have to face the problem of jam. The proposal to build an overbridge at a cost of Rs 100 crore on the railway crossing near Haraiya Chauraha in Tulsipur city has been approved by the government. When this railway crossing is closed, the devotees as well as the population of more than 20 thousand of the city have to face the problem of jam for hours.

DM Pawan Agarwal said that approval has been received for the construction of a railway over bridge near Haraiya Chauraha in Tulsipur city. The budget has been allocated. Work will be started soon. Two departments have been assigned the responsibility for the construction of a railway overbridge and access road near Haraiya Chauraha in Tulsipur city. Project Manager State Bridge Corporation Construction Unit Barabanki has to construct the railway overbridge and the Public Works Department Provincial Section has to construct the access road. This overbridge will also help in improving the connectivity of the area around Devipatan Dham. Its construction will facilitate travel not only for the local area but also for the nearby districts. The problem of traffic jam often arose at the railway crossing. Especially when trains passed. This problem will be eliminated with the construction of the overbridge. Due to which the traffic will run smoothly.

Also, more than 20 thousand people of Tulsipur city have to face traffic jams every day. The government has also approved Rs 99 crore 69 lakh 51 thousand for the construction of a two-lane over bridge on railway crossing number-123A located at kilometer 68 of SH 158 (Bahraich-Sirsia-Tulsipur-Gulriha road) near Hariya Chauraha. In this, Rs 36 crore 75 lakh 81 thousand will be spent on the construction of the over bridge and Rs 62 crore 93 lakh 70 thousand on the approach road. Rs 34 crore 89 lakh 33 thousand has been released from the government level for the construction of the over bridge and approach road. After the approval from the government level on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, now the budget for the amount to be spent on its construction is also expected to be received soon.

Every day 14 pairs of passenger and many goods trains pass through the railway gate located at kilometer 68 of SH 158 (Bahraich-Sirsia-Tulsipur-Gulriha road) near Haraiya crossing in Tulsipur city. The railway gate closes when the trains arrive and there is a jam on both sides for hours. During the month-long state fair held at Devipatan Dham in Chaitra and Sharadiya Navratri, the problem of jam troubles the devotees a lot. Thousands of devotees visit Devipatan Dham every year. The construction of the railway overbridge will give them an opportunity to travel more safely. Which will improve their travel experience. This project will promote local trade and traffic. Due to this, new employment opportunities will also be created in the area. Which will strengthen the local economy.
