Big shock to the public! LPG gas prices increased by Rs 50, know the new prices

Amid rising inflation in the country, the prices of LPG gas price have been increased once again. Government oil companies have increased the price of domestic cylinders LPG gas price by Rs 50. This change will be applicable in all major cities, and consumers will now have to pay more than before.

Possible strategies of the government for LPG gas price

The increase in LPG gas price can especially affect the lower and middle class families. LPG cylinder is the main fuel used as cooking gas in homes, and the increase in its price will affect daily expenses.

Although the government has talked about taking some steps to reduce it, but at present there seems to be little hope of any relief in prices. No formal statement has been issued by the government regarding this increase yet.

However, officials say that the price change has been made keeping in mind the dependence of oil companies on crude oil prices. There is no concrete proposal from the government to provide subsidy at the moment.

The increase in the LPG gas price cylinders will affect the pocket of the common man, and it can further increase the pressure of inflation.

Announcing the price hike, Minister Hardeep Puri said

After announcing a hike of Rs 50 in LPG cylinder prices, Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said that the government will review the matter and reconsider it in the coming days. The minister also said that this step has been taken due to the rising oil prices in the global market and the fall of the rupee.

He made it clear that the government understands the difficulties of consumers and will take appropriate steps according to the circumstances in the future. Union Minister Hardeep Puri said that the reason for the increase in the price of LPG cylinders is the continuous increase in the price of crude oil in the international market.

Due to this, Indian oil companies have to spend more on imported gas. As a result, the prices of domestic cylinders have been increased. However, the minister also said that the government is fully aware of this increase and is planning to take steps to protect the interests of consumers.

Talking to the media, Hardeep Puri said, we are completely sensitive to this increase and we will constantly review the market situation. We will assess the situation in the coming days and see if we need to provide any relief.
