People will get great relief from the new rules of Building Construction and Development Bye-laws-2025 of the Housing and Urban Planning Department in Uttar Pradesh. It will become easier to open a shop in the house itself.
Not only this, there will be no limit on the height of buildings constructed on plots around 45 meter wide roads. Apart from this, permission can also be given to set up hotels or industries along the seven meter wide road.
In this context, Housing and Urban Planning Department Secretary Dr. Balkar Singh said that due to high-rise buildings, many flats can be built at one place. This way prices will be controlled. The new rules will also increase the income of various authorities.
Now there will be no need to get map approved for building construction on a plot of land up to 1000 sq ft, while an architect’s certificate will be sufficient for a plot of land up to 5000 sq ft.
The approval of amendment in the Building Construction and Development Bye-laws 2008 has brought great relief to the common man.In this, the floor area ratio has been increased three times and as many buildings as desired can be constructed on a 45 meter wide road.
However, under this new rule, separate arrangements will have to be made for ambulance parking in hospitals. Also, while getting the map of the school approved, a separate pick and drop zone will have to be made along with parking for school buses and vans so that there is no traffic jam on the road due to children going to and coming from school.
