Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 132 development projects worth Rs 932 crore in Bareilly. Along with this, he flagged off 2500 new ambulances for the entire state. On this occasion, Yogi said that these new ambulances will further strengthen health services. He said that before 2017, the response time of 108 ambulance service was 17 to 19 minutes, which has now come down to less than 7 minutes. For this improvement, 2500 new ambulances have been included in the service. Minister of State for Basic Education Sandeep Singh said that there has been a big change in the field of education in the last eight years. Digital learning is being promoted and 1.35 lakh schools have been renovated. At the same time, Animal Husbandry Minister Dharampal Singh called it the golden age of politics and gave information about cow protection and animal husbandry schemes. This event held in Bareilly strongly demonstrated the commitment of the Yogi government in the field of development, education and health.
The CM flagged off 100 new ambulances and launched the Communicable Disease Control Campaign. He said that this campaign has been started to prevent diseases like encephalitis, dengue, malaria, kala-azar and chikungunya. Yogi said that it will be started from Nath Nagari and expressed confidence that this effort will never fail. 100 new ambulances were flagged off to strengthen health services in 18 districts including Bareilly. During this, certificates, toolkits and cheques for financial assistance were also distributed to the beneficiaries. The Chief Minister started the ‘School Chalo Abhiyan’ and Communicable Disease Control Campaign from Bareilly itself. He said that before 2017, the condition of Basic Education Council schools was very bad. Many schools were on the verge of closure, Where there were no toilets, no drinking water, no furniture and no floors. Smart classes and digital libraries could not even be imagined. Yogi said that at that time 1.34 crore children had enrolled, but 60 percent of the children did not come to school. Today Rs 1200 is being sent to the accounts of 1.91 crore students and complete dress along with two uniforms is being compulsorily provided by the government. Yogi said that more than 1 lakh 25 thousand teachers have been recruited to improve the teacher-student ratio. Now schools in every village will be developed as integrated school complexes. 16 Atal residential schools have been started in the state, which will work as model schools for the children of workers. Chief Minister Composite Schools will be opened in every district.
