Officers

There is a big news of relief for outsourced employees working in government departments. Till now, there was a system in which these employees were not transferred from one place to another. Now a change has been made in that.

The government has decided that transfer of outsourced employees will also be possible. This will not only increase their workplace stability but will also have a positive impact on their family and personal life.

Now outsourced employees can also be transferred

According to the new guidelines issued by the government, if an employee’s family situation, health reasons, or special circumstances demand a transfer, then the departments will be able to consider that request.

This system will be especially beneficial for those outsourced employees who were working at the same place for years but wanted a transfer due to personal reasons. In the current system, operators in the transport department have to serve at the place where they are appointed.

But now such operators, who have completed at least six months of service and a distance of 30,000 kilometres, will be able to get transferred with mutual consent. With this decision, operators posted in remote areas will get an opportunity to serve in or near their home district.

The Transport Minister said that regular availability of operators will increase the number of working days, the number of buses will increase and as a result, the income of the Transport Corporation will also increase.

Passengers will get timely and regular buses, which will make it easier for them to reach their destination. This decision of the Yogi government is not only in the interest of the operators, but the general public will also get direct benefit from it.

The aim of the government is to promote transparency, convenience and development in every sector and this step is another strong effort in that direction. It is believed that this step will boost the morale of outsourced employees and also improve their efficiency.

Also, this will send a positive message among the employees that the government understands their circumstances.

What is the new system, experts’ opinion

Minister of State for Transport (Independent Charge) Dayashankar Singh said in the announcement that in the current system, conductors have to serve at the place where they are appointed.

But now such operators, who have completed at least six months of service and a distance of 30,000 kilometres, will be able to get transferred with mutual consent.

With this decision, operators posted in remote areas will get an opportunity to serve in their home district or nearby places. This will reduce their absenteeism and tendency to take leave, which will enable smooth operation of buses.

The Yogi government has given a big relief to the outsourced operators working in the Transport Corporation.Under this, mutual transfer of operators appointed through outsourcing will now be possible.

This step will prove to be an important step towards the convenience of operators, efficiency of the corporation and increase in revenue. This new system of transfer of outsourced employees is a welcome initiative.

This will not only provide relief to the employees but will also have a positive impact on their functioning. It is expected that more improvements will be made in the coming times so that lakhs of employees working in the outsourcing sector can get a better working environment.
