Find out why the train isn’t stopping

Following the anticipated June 20th departure date of the Vande Bharat Express from Gorakhpur city to Patna in the Bagaha region of Uttar Pradesh, public clamor for the train’s halt has increased.

In the meantime, the Valmiki Nagar MP met with the Railway Minister in the capital, Delhi, on Monday to discuss the matter of stopping the train. In this regard, the Railway Minister has assured the Parliament.

The MP stated in a message to the Railway Minister that the majority of passengers from the state and Nepal arrive at Bagaha station in significant quantities.

In addition to the Valmiki Tiger Reserve and other important temples in the region, there are a lot of tourists visiting the area every day. In this regard, Bagaha is regarded as a significant location in terms of income. The Vande Bharat train’s stopping is crucial in this circumstance.

According to Rakesh Singh, Kundan Kumar, Prem Kumar, and Saurabh Swatantrata, it is now crucial that the Vande Bharat Express train always stops at Bagaha. At the Bagaha railway station, revenue donations range from 2 to 2.5 lakh rupees per day to 8 to 9 million rupees per year.

In this regard, it will be quite advantageous to halt the planned Vande Bharat Express train at Bagaha. Bagaha is the first major railway station in Bihar, after Gorakhpur city.

It is regarded as the closest significant railway station for all passengers from the Scheduled Castes and Tribes dispersed over a large area, remote areas dominated by Valmiki Nagar, Harnatand, Hari Nagar, Semra, Gandak Par Block, Chautarwa, etc., from the perspectives of revenue, tourism, geography, etc.

Business people, local travelers, students, and those traveling to Gorakhpur and the capital Patna will all benefit greatly from the railways’ big income boost as a result of the train’s suspension.
