In view of the increasing rush of passengers during the summer holidays in May-June, Railways has announced to run a special weekly train between Muzaffarpur and Anand Vihar Terminal.This train will be operated 7 times between 16th May to 28th June, so that the passengers do not face any inconvenience while going to their home or while travelling.
Giving priority to the convenience of passengers, the railway administration has decided to run a special weekly train in the summer season. This special train will be operated between Muzaffarpur and Anand Vihar Terminal from Gorakhpur route.
This service will start from Muzaffarpur on 16 May and will run every Friday till 27 June. At the same time, this train will depart from Anand Vihar Terminal every Saturday from 17 May to 28 June. This special summer train will be operated a total of 7 times.
Giving information on this subject, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Eastern Railway, Pankaj Kumar Singh has said that train number:- 05283 will depart from Muzaffarpur every Friday at 06:30 am.
On the way, this train will pass through stations like Motipur, Mehsi, Chakia, Pipra, Bapudham Motihari, Sagauli, Bettiah, Narkatiaganj, Harinagar and Bagaha and will reach Gorakhpur at 3 pm.
For the return journey, train number 05284 will depart from Anand Vihar Terminal every Saturday at 07:00 am. The train will reach Gorakhpur at 9:10 pm, stopping at major stations like Moradabad, Shahjahanpur, Hardoi, Lucknow, Gonda and Basti.
After this, it will reach Muzaffarpur at 04:50 am the next day via Bagaha, Harinagar, Narkatiaganj, Bettiah, Sagauli, Bapudham Motihari, Pipra, Chakia, Mehsi and Motipur. The operation of this train will prove to be very helpful for the passengers returning home or going somewhere for a trip during the summer holidays.
Also, this will provide relief to the passengers from heavy crowd and help them travel comfortably. The Railway Department has appealed to the passengers to book tickets on time so that the passengers do not have to face any kind of inconvenience.
