There is good news for passengers travelling between Madhya Pradesh’s capital Bhopal and Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow.
With the joint efforts of the Centre and the governments of both the states, the journey from Bhopal to Lucknow is going to be easier and more convenient than ever before.
Now the journey from Bhopal to Lucknow will be easy
Earlier, people had to face troubles due to limited availability of trains and poor road connectivity which took hours to complete this journey. But now, with the new rail services, expressway expansion and improved operation of air routes, this journey has become easier.
There is good news for passengers travelling between Madhya Pradesh’s capital Bhopal and Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow. In the coming days, both these cities are going to get the gift of Vande Bharat Express.This new Vande Bharat train will run between Bhopal and Lucknow.
This is expected to provide relief from crowd to passengers travelling between Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.However, compared to normal trains, the fare of Vande Bharat can be more than two and a half times.
The distance between Madhya Pradesh capital Bhopal and Uttar Pradesh capital Bhopal is about 720 km.Currently, 15 trains run on this route, which take 9 to 12 hours of travel time between the two cities.
However, despite having so many trains, there is a huge crowd of passengers on this route.Passengers travelling on the Bina, Jhansi and Kanpur route will also benefit from the launch of Lucknow-Bhopal Vande Bharat.
However, whether the train will halt in these cities or not and for how long will be known only when the schedule is released.
Expansion of road, no worries about expressway
In the new coach of Vande Bharat Express, bags will be available near the executive chair class seats. Lucknow- Bhopal Vande Bharat Express train will have chair car of 8 coaches.
This Vande Bharat Express train will have a total of 564 seats.If railway sources are to be believed, the fare of this new Vande Bharat Express running between Lucknow and Bhopal will be the same as that of premium trains.
This means that this train can also be charged at the same rate or more than Rajdhani, Duronto etc. This is because along with being semi high speed, it will provide premium facilities and comfort to the passengers.
Currently, it takes 10 to 11 hours for the train to cover the distance of 584 km from Bhopal to Lucknow, but after the launch of Vande Bharat on this route, this distance will be reduced to 7 to 8 hours.
According to the information, currently there are about 15 indirect trains from MP’s capital Bhopal to Lucknow. But this will be a direct train. Vande Bharat will have fewer stoppages and higher speed.
Apart from the festive season, the railway passengers travelling between Bhopal and Lucknow during holidays have to face a lot of problems. There is waiting in all trains throughout the year.
This journey also takes a lot of time of the passengers. But with the Lucknow Bhopal Vande Bharat, all the problems faced in regular trains will be eliminated.
