The operation of Rajyarani Express train between Meerut and Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh has been resumed from Thursday 12 April 2025. This train will run regularly between Meerut City and Lucknow Junction. Which will provide convenience to the passengers traveling between the two cities.

The railway administration has appealed to the passengers to get the information about the train timetable and stoppages from the official railway website or the nearest railway station before the journey. So that there is no inconvenience in the journey.
Rajya Rani Express started operating from Meerut to Lucknow on Thursday. Passengers who reached the station were happy with the running of the train. However, there was also resentment among the passengers that this train is often cancelled without any solid reason.
Six to six and a half thousand passengers travel daily by this train from Meerut to Lucknow route.The green signal was given for the operation of Rajyarani Express on the night of 8th April. Reservation for it started on 9th April.
When the train stopped at platform number four on Thursday, there was a long queue at the counter to get tickets.The entire train appeared full. Most of the seats in the Lucknow-bound Vande Bharat train parked at platform number one were empty.
The Railway Minister took cognizance of the passengers’ problems and the train resumed its operations from Meerut on Thursday morning after 21 days.The primary maintenance of this train will be done in Lucknow and secondary maintenance in Meerut.
