An important administrative change in the Mankapur area of Gonda district has brought relief to the villagers. The officials of the Tehsil Bar Association expressed their gratitude to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath by submitting a memorandum to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Avneesh Tripathi.

In this memorandum, the recent decision taken by the Chief Minister in which approval has been given to transfer 12 revenue villages of Tarabganj Tehsil to Mankapur Tehsil was appreciated.

Bar Association President Bhanu Pratap Mishra and Minister Lalchand Shukla said that this proposal was first sent to the government by Tarabganj SDM Rajiv Mohan Saxena.

The Chief Minister took this long-standing demand seriously and took a quick decision for the convenience of the villagers. This decision is not only important from the administrative point of view, but it will also provide direct relief to the lives of thousands of villagers.

Many eminent advocates including senior advocates Shyam Lal Shukla, Shravan Kumar Shukla, Sanjay Gupta, Bindu Kumar Upadhyay, Mahesh Dubey, Anil Kumar Dwivedi, Ambuj Tiwari, Yogendra Yadav and Nityanand Pandey registered their presence in the meeting organized to welcome this decision.

Now the residents of these villages will not have to run 45 kilometers to Tarabganj tehsil. For years, villagers had to travel long distances even for their small tasks, which wasted time and resources. Now all the administrative work will be completed in Mankapur tehsil itself, due to which the doors of both justice and convenience have become closer for them.
