In view of the attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian government has expedited the process of sending back citizens from Pakistan. Pakistan-linked terrorists are suspected to be involved in this attack.After which, keeping security in mind, it was decided to send back the citizens who came from Pakistan.

Will send a citizen on 30th April

According to sources, after the Pahalgam attack, the Indian government prepared a list of citizens who came from Pakistan and checked their identity, visa validity and other security aspects. After the investigation, those citizens were sent back because their visas had expired.

In this process, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs and security agencies worked together. UP DGP Prashant Kumar has said that the process of sending back all the Pakistanis who had Indian visas due to the Pahalgam attack is almost complete.

DGP Prashant Kumar said that all the Pakistani citizens who were eligible to go have been sent back. Only one citizen is left, who will be sent to Pakistan on April 30.

But it is clear that the process of returning citizens from Pakistan after the Pahalgam attack is almost complete. The Indian government has described this step as necessary to protect security and national interests.

Earlier, Pakistan had also started the process of sending back its citizens from India. Pakistan’s Home Minister had announced to expel illegal immigrants from the country from November 1, under which Pakistan had sent back its citizens from many countries.

Which included Pakistanis returning from countries like Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, China, Qatar, Indonesia, Cyprus and Nigeria.Thus, the process of return of citizens is going on between the two countries for security and diplomatic reasons. However, this process depends on the mutual relations and security situation of the two countries.

All Pakistanis were sent back from UP

After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on April 22, an order was issued to send Pakistani citizens back to their country. ISI Special PR Prashant Kumar issued instructions to further strengthen the security system on Saturday.

Lashkar-e-Taiba’s new organization The Resistance Front has claimed responsibility for this attack. It has been learnt that the terrorists involved in the attack had received training in Pakistan. Sketches of three Pakistani terrorists have also been released.

After the attack, Prime Minister Modi held a meeting with security officials at Jammu airport. Home Minister Amit Shah also spoke to Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah. The National Investigation Agency was also entrusted with the responsibility of investigating the case.

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi sought information from the Home Minister about the attack and talked about providing justice and help to the victim families. Security agencies have recovered a black bike without a number plate from the spot. This shows that the attackers came on a bike.

After the attack, the identity of the citizens who came from Pakistan, the validity of their visas and other security aspects were checked. After the investigation, those citizens were sent back to Pakistan because their visas had expired.
