Lucknow Development Authority demolished illegal plotting in Sushant Golf City area. On Tuesday, the team of Enforcement Zone-1 found that plotting was being done there in the name of Palm Residency. Permission was not taken from LDA for this plotting being done in 60 bighas.
LDA ran a bulldozer on illegal Palm Residency
Enforcement Zone-1 Zonal Officer Devansh Trivedi said that Pankaj Jaiswal and others were developing a colony by the name of Palm Residency by illegally plotting land in Village-Bakkas of Sushant Golf City.
The court had ordered demolition of this illegal plotting being done without layout approval from LDA. On Tuesday, LDA bulldozed the colony Palm Residency which was being built illegally in Bakkas village located in Sushant Golf City police station area.
The plotting done here for the colony was destroyed.Enforcement Zone-1 Zonal Officer Devansh Trivedi said that Pankaj Jaiswal and others were developing an illegal colony by the name of Palm Residency by doing unauthorized plotting work in about 60 bigha area in village Bakkas of Sushant Golf City police station area.
LDA takes strict action against illegal construction and plotting
Under the leadership of Assistant Engineer Anoop Srivastava, the team of Junior Engineers Surendra Dwivedi, Vipin Bihari Rai and Vibhor Srivastava took action with the cooperation of Authority Police and local police force.
During this period, the road, drain, boundary wall, site office and other illegal constructions made by the developer were demolished. The statutory court filed a suit against this illegal plotting being done without getting the layout approved from the authority and orders for demolition were passed.
In compliance with which, the team of junior engineers Surendra Dwivedi, Vipin Bihari Rai and Vibhor Srivastava, under the leadership of assistant engineer Anoop Srivastava, carried out the demolition of illegal plotting with the help of authority police and local police station police force.
During this period, the road, drain, boundary wall, site office etc. developed on the site by the developer were demolished.
