The state’s state-of-the-art rail coach facility has begun producing Vande Bharat Express coaches. In order to increase the number of Vande Bharat trains, this will further strengthen Indian Railways under the Make in India banner and enable it to offer passengers first-rate amenities.
Manufacturing of Vande Bharat coaches starts
The RaeBareli district of Uttar Pradesh will gain national and international reputation from the railway department thanks in large part to the new digital coach plant.
Finally, after much waiting, the Vande Bharat train coach building is moving quickly forward in the state-of-the-art railway coach plant. By the end of August, construction on the first rack of 20 coaches can begin.
The production of this train has begun in Mozambique, a country in South Africa, and a digital rail coach factory has now been established in Raebareli to produce top-tier rail coaches like Antyodaya, Deendayalu, and Tejas.
The goal of this digital rail coach factory, which produces Cape Gauge and Broad Gauge coaches, is to produce Vande Bharat train coaches this fiscal year.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav had granted Rs 150 crore to create the fund in order to inspect REDICA.In the meantime, the plant is also constructing various types of testing sheds. When the Vande Bharat train is being built, electrical training will also begin during this time.
Records of production under Future Direction
The construction project is always being observed by the quality department. In order to gather the information required for train construction, a group of representatives from Digital and Modern Rail Coach Factory was also dispatched to Antiguan Coach Factory in Chennai.
Wherein the Vande Bharat train’s design and the safety measures required to build it can be evaluated. The Vande Bharat prototype shell will be ready at this time.
The box’s manufacturing process will now begin. The box has already reached the final stage for this. Electrical wiring is one of the many tasks that will be completed after the shell is made.
The installation of windows will be followed by the installation of seats, flooring, and matting. During this time, finishing work will also be completed. Twenty of the train’s coaches have already been prepared, and a plan is currently underway to create the remaining twenty. Soon, Vande Bharat’s first rank will go from here.
The task of building coaches for Vande Bharat is ongoing, according to Prashant Mishra, General Manager of the Modern Rail Coach Factory, and the first rank can be completed and made available in July and August.
In addition, it will be the first unit to complete Vande Bharat’s construction in North and Northeast India, which is regarded as a significant accomplishment.
