Government’s huge step to build industrial areas

To stimulate industrial investment in Uttar Pradesh’s capital, Lucknow, the Sandila Industrial Area will be developed on a huge scale. The Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority has begun planning for the total extension of Sandila Industrial Area.

Phases 1, 2, and 4 are now being built on 1788 acres in the industrial sector, and a proposal to acquire 800 acres of land for Phase 3 has been submitted to the government.

Investment in this 1788-acre industrial region is steadily rising as a result of the development of units by numerous large international corporations.

Meanwhile, due to improved road connection, companies such as Haldiram, Varun Beverages, Shrigang Industries, ITC, British Pet, Berger Paint, Hindustan Foods Limited, Webley Scott, and Balaji Wafers have all established operations in Sandila in recent years.

Way to employment is simple, understand the master plan

Varun Beverages invested Rs 600 crore at this time, followed by Hindustan Food Limited, Balaji Wafers Private Limited, and Haldiram.Similarly, ITC Limited invested Rs 800 crore, and Shrigang Industries and Allied Products Limited invested Rs 125 crore.

Meanwhile, UPSIDA CEO Mayur Maheshwari stated that several corporations have applied by consistently increasing their Sandila facilities.

Along with this, several new industries are showing interest in investing in this industrial region, hence UPSIDA has begun preparations for Phase 3 building by acquiring land worth around 800 crore rupees.

UPSIDA has created and submitted a proposal to the government for Phase 3 land acquisition and construction. We are currently waiting for authorization, after which the land acquisition procedure will begin.

Farmers’ consent and mutual discourse are being sought. UPSIDA is attempting to begin the land acquisition procedure after obtaining consent from 80% of farmers.
