Rain Alert Issued for Several UP Districts by Meteorological Department

The weather in UP is now in a phase of change. When the scorching heat of May and June should be wreaking havoc, the weather has changed. For the last few days, a continuous change in the weather is being seen in UP. But it is difficult to say anything about the weather.

Devastation in these districts UP

The weather department has issued an alert in many districts including the capital of UP, Lucknow, and said that the weather will definitely show its colours during the day, sometimes bright sunshine and sometimes heavy rain will be experienced. Today, a storm alert has been issued in 20 districts of UP.

There was a storm and heavy rain in Prayagraj too. It rained continuously between Lucknow and Barabanki but there was no break. According to the information received, 2 people have died due to the changing weather in Sultanpur.

This incident happened when some people were travelling in a Beloro and during a strong storm, a tree got uprooted and hit the moving vehicle. This entire accident proved to be fatal. Lightning has caused havoc in these districts and the entire area has become chaotic.

If we talk about Prayagraj district, the fear of the weather was no less there too, the loud and scary thunder of the clouds kept people scared throughout the day.

Weather expert answered

According to the weather department, high alert mode has been declared in Saharanpur, Shamli, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Amroha, Bijnor, Aligarh, Mathura, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bulandshahr, Baghpat, Muzaffarnagar, Bhadohi, Varanasi, Chandauli, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra, Bhadohi, Bulandshahr, Moradabad and surrounding areas and a warning of lightning strike has been issued.

Its impact was not limited to pedestrians but train operations were also disrupted. Before the train operations, due to the strong storm, the tin shed got uprooted and fell on the railway track.

On receiving this information, the responsible railway officer CPRO Shashikant Tripathi said that the tin shed was immediately removed and train operations were started on the spot.

Now the weather in UP will indicate devastation.The government has also handed over the responsibility to its officials. Proper and necessary items should be provided to the accident victims.
