UP:An illegal madrasa was destroyed

In UP, the government’s bulldozer keeps crashing into illegal madrasa. Another unlawful madrasa in the Shravasti district has been the target of action since Sambhal. An unlawful madrasa situated on government property was destroyed on Sunday by the administration team.

The Hardatt Nagar Girant village in the Jamunaha tehsil is the subject of this lawsuit. Here, the government records list the land of Gata number 2430 as a manure dump. On this property, a permanent building was unlawfully built, and Jamia Razavia Shamsul Uloom, a madrasa, was operating.

Investigations revealed that this madrasa was not only constructed on government property but lacked the necessary authorization to operate. The administrative crew then arrived on the scene and used a bulldozer to fully dismantle the unauthorized building.

The madrasa in Sambhal was destroyed by the Muslim community

Muslims in the Sambhal area began tearing down a madrasa that was constructed on public property. The madrasa was constructed on municipal property in Mohalla Laxmanganj, where this operation was conducted on Saturday.

A notice to remove the illegal encroachment was previously given by the Nagar Palika, and it was due on Friday. SDM Vinay Mishra, CO Anuj Chaudhary, Inspector-in-Charge, and other authorities arrived to the location on Saturday morning accompanied by a large police presence, PAC, and RAF.In addition, two JCB machines were delivered there.

The residents of the madrasa side discussed tearing down the madrasa themselves after realizing how rigorous the administration was, and they began by recruiting workers to do so. CO Anuj Chaudhary had made it plain that the municipality will take action on its own starting on Sunday if the madrasa not dismantled by Saturday night.
