Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation has taken an important step to provide government jobs to the youth through direct recruitment in 2025. Employment fairs will be organized in various districts of Uttar Pradesh.

This recruitment is a good opportunity for the youth of Uttar Pradesh. The State Road Transport Corporation has started the direct recruitment process for bus drivers.Its objective is to improve the quality of roadways services in the state so that passengers get better facilities.
Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation is going to do direct recruitment to recruit bus drivers in Mau, UP.The corporation has arranged incentives for bus drivers. They will also be given an incentive of Rs 3000 for driving the bus for 5000 km in a month.
For this, a total of 105 bus drivers will be recruited in the district. 50 bus drivers will be recruited in Mau depot and 55 bus drivers will be recruited in Dohrighat depot.
For recruitment, it is mandatory for the driver to have at least two years of experience. Interested candidates can apply by visiting their nearest Transport Corporation depot or office.
In the application form, candidates should attach all the required documents like educational certificate, driving license, identity card etc. Candidates will be selected on the basis of driving test and other required procedures.

Direct recruitment in transport corporation

Bus stations are being converted into modern facilities centres, where facilities like better seating arrangements, cleanliness, drinking water, toilets and cafeteria will be available. Keeping in mind the safety of women passengers, women help desks and monitoring have also been made mandatory.

Bus recruitment will be held on 2 May at Mau depot and on 6 May at Dohrighat depot. Youth of the district can participate in the recruitment process by reaching the depot on these dates.
